Leadership of risk, HSSE, security and resilience functions across a geographically dispersed critical-infrastructure organisation.

• Led risk, health and safety, physical security and emergency-management programmes supporting more than 2,000 personnel across multiple operational sites.
• Developed risk registers, hazard and threat assessments, operating procedures and treatment plans; monitored controls and reported material issues to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
• Managed security operations and service-provider performance, including surveillance, access-control and response arrangements; coordinated with emergency services, law-enforcement agencies and authorities.
• Developed and exercised emergency response, evacuation and business-continuity plans through national drills, debriefs and tracked improvement actions.
• Led incident investigations and root-cause analysis, agreed corrective and preventive actions, and monitored closure and control effectiveness.

• Managed a large residential and catering facility serving 1,000+ officers, including budgets, procurement, contractors, food hygiene, maintenance and customer service.
