As North Island Service Manager I provided strategic leadership for the North Island technical services teams consisting of 40+ staff located in Auckland, Wellington, and the National Logistics Centre. I was also part of the SLT (Senior Leadership Team) contributing in providing strategic direction and value for the business.
- Oversaw managed services delivery, escalations, service transition, and operational performance.
- Worked closely with sales and project teams to scope, design, and deliver services and solutions for both existing and new customers.

As Auckland Service Manager my focus was on supporting growth with both existing and new customers for the Upper North Island. I was instrumental in developing Cyclone's commercial Managed Service offering which is a key part of the national services business.
- Led Auckland-based services teams delivering managed services and projects across multiple market sectors.
- Managed day-to-day service delivery, customer satisfaction, escalations, and resource planning.
- Built and developed technical capability across Level 1 to Level 4 engineering staff
- Supported commercial negotiations and regular service reviews with customers.
- Grew the Auckland services team from 11 to 28 staff over a period of 4 years to meet demand and support growth.
- Secured and transitioned Cyclone's largest managed service contract ($500k p.a.), providing 10 onsite staff supporting 3,500 end users. This is now entering its 8 year of service.
- Established long-term customer relationships resulting in stable, profitable service delivery.
- Developed Cyclone's commercial Managed Service offering. Designed the services, wrote the contract and then worked with sales and other key stakeholders to bring it to market.

As one of a select few cross-platform system engineers, I was actively engaged in developing, implementing, and supporting the boom of mobile devices and BYOD across our customers as well as supporting our internal engineering teams with adopting new technologies and practises.
- Delivered system engineering and project services across multiple customer environments and platforms.
- Acted as lead engineer for Mobile Device Management (AirWatch / Workspace ONE / Apple).
- Acted as senior escalation resource and as well as project engineer across Windows and Mac technologies.
- Implemented the first large scale MDM service for a prestigious Auckland college on 2013. This service allowed 200 students to self-enrol their devices and have it automatically onboarded with configurations and applications based on their student year and courses.

An Auckland based IT sales and services company that supported customers within the New Zealand Education sector. During my time at Edtech I maintained various roles in supporting our customers and team members. As Team Lead I had a regular assignment of 5-6 engineers who I supported with escalations and on the job mentoring.
