Throughout my career, I have developed a deep knowledge of the practical procurement process, from preparation, conducting, evaluating, and awarding to closing procedures, including documentation and contract management.

I navigate on all organizational levels, also political and undertaking research, sourcing and dialogue to identify relevant technical requirements and create business relationships. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders has been part of my procurement jobs over the last 22 years.

Due to my Legal background and through working for international organizations as EU, UN, World Bank, USAID and Danish Government institutions, Healthcare sector, Utilities and Municipalities I have a deep understanding of international procurement law, which informs the legal procurement and procedure structures of numerous organizations and countries worldwide.
