How to Upgrade to Premium

Upgrading Your Account

Upgrading to Premium or Premium Plus takes less than two minutes. Follow the steps below.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to your BeBee account.
2. Go to Dashboard > Settings from the left sidebar.
3. Scroll to the Subscription section. You will see your current plan and the available upgrades.
4. Select Premium or Premium Plus. The price shown reflects your country's PPP-adjusted rate in your local currency.
5. Choose your billing cycle: Monthly or Annual. Annual billing saves approximately 20%.
6. Click Upgrade Now. You will be redirected to a secure Stripe checkout page.
7. Enter your payment details and confirm.
8. You are redirected back to BeBee. Your new plan is active immediately.

What Happens After You Upgrade

• Your proposal limit updates right away. If you are on Premium, you get 10 proposals for the current month. Premium Plus users have no limit.
• Your profile visibility boost takes effect within a few minutes as the search index refreshes.
• Premium Plus users see the featured badge on their profile immediately.

If you are unsure which plan to pick, start with Premium. You can upgrade to Premium Plus at any time from the same settings page, and the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Troubleshooting

• Payment declined: Verify your card details and make sure your bank allows international online transactions. Stripe processes payments from Ireland.
• Price looks wrong: Prices are adjusted by country based on Purchasing Power Parity. Clear your browser cache or check that your profile country is set correctly.
• Upgrade button not visible: Make sure you are logged in and have verified your email address.
