Creatio Developer / BPM Developer

We are looking for a Senior Creatio Developer / BPM Developer to enhance enterprise CRM and BPM solutions as part of an international project for a government entity in Oman.

We consider two work formats:

• Onsite, Muscat, Oman
• Relocation to Oman. The company provides visa and relocation support.
• Remote
• Full-time work on the Oman project from the candidate’s country of residence. Cooperation format and terms depend on the candidate’s country of residence.

Contract duration: 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain solutions on the Creatio platform.
• Design and implement CRM and BPM functionality: business processes, approvals, routing, notifications, business rules, custom sections and record cards.
• Develop server-side logic using C# / .NET.
• Develop and customize Creatio modules and components.
• Participate in designing the technical architecture and selecting solution approaches.
• Implement integrations between Creatio and external enterprise systems: ERP, billing, document management, customer portals, identity services, telephony, and other systems.
• Work with REST API, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and webhooks.
• When required, work with SOAP and asynchronous integrations.
• Collaborate with business and systems analysts, product owners, and client representatives.
• Estimate tasks, decompose work, identify technical risks, and propose optimal implementation options.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to establishing development standards.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues; optimize application performance and SQL queries.
• Work with existing codebases and contribute to reducing technical debt.
• If experienced, participate in developing and customizing Creatio’s client-side using JavaScript / TypeScript.

Requirements :

• 5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Experience at the Senior Developer / Lead Developer level.
• 3 years of hands-on commercial experience developing and customizing Creatio, BPMSoft, bpm’online, or Terrasoft.
• Practical experience developing CRM/BPM solutions and business processes.
• Experience developing and customizing Creatio, including work with business logic, processes, modules, and platform components.
• Experience working with Classic UI and/or Freedom UI.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in C# / .NET development.
• Experience with ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework, or similar technologies.
• Strong SQL skills: writing and optimizing queries, working with data, and understanding relational database design principles.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar RDBMS.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations via REST API.
• Knowledge of JSON, OAuth 2.0, and webhooks.
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and key design patterns.
• Understanding of client-server architecture.
• Ability to work independently with technical requirements and to propose well-argued implementation options.
• Experience conducting code reviews.
• English proficiency sufficient for work meetings, written communication, and working with technical documentation.

• JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience developing user interfaces in Creatio.
• SOAP.
• RabbitMQ / Kafka and other queueing systems.
• Docker.
• Kubernetes.
• Redis.
• CI/CD: GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions.
• Microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure: Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, or similar.
• Creatio Developer Certification.
• Experience working on enterprise projects.
• Experience working in international and distributed teams.

For the onsite format:

• Willingness to relocate to Muscat, Oman.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite according to Oman’s schedule (Sunday–Thursday workdays; Friday–Saturday weekends).
• Willingness to reside in Oman for the duration of the contract.

For the remote format

• Willingness to work full-time on the project for a government entity in Oman.
• Ability to work in the time zone and schedule according to the agreement with the client.
• Ability to commit to the project on long-term period for the entire contract duration.
