Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare BRDs, FRSs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and other project
documentation.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for development
teams.
- Work with architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers to deliver solutions.
- Support Agile activities such as backlog management, sprint planning, and requirement
prioritization.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement validation sessions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business
expectations.
- Manage requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Assist with change management, training, and deployment activities.

- BRDs, FRSs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria

- BPMN, UML, Swimlane and Process Flow Diagrams
Stakeholder Management
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to lead workshops and requirement discussions
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
