Join our team as a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to help optimize our delivery operations. You will use your strong analytical skills, passion for improving processes, and comfort with both numbers and on-ground experience to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance overall operational performance.
🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify optimization opportunities and execute from start to finish.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance operational performance.
- Collaborate with Core Verticals teams to gather requirements, provide data-driven insights, and lead projects on operational performance improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in operations and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, BI tools, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience in similar operational environment
