We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join a major NAMA Water Services potable water pipeline project in Sur, Oman.
📍 Location: Sur, Oman
💧 Project: NAMA Water Services – Potable Water Pipeline Project
👤 Position: Planning Engineer
⏳ Experience: 12+ Years
🎓 Qualification: Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain baseline schedules for potable water pipeline and associated infrastructure works.
- Monitor daily/weekly progress against planned targets and identify schedule deviations.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and look-ahead schedules with clear progress updates.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement and subcontractor teams to ensure timely execution.
- Track manpower, materials, equipment and productivity against project requirements.
- Prepare S-Curves, progress reports and schedule performance updates for management and client review.
- Identify critical activities, delays and potential risks, and support timely recovery actions.
- Assist in delay analysis, EOT and recovery programmes with proper supporting records.
- Coordinate with Client/Consultant for progress measurement, programme updates and planning requirements.
- Maintain accurate planning records and ensure project activities remain aligned with the approved schedule and project milestones.
