Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role Description The Owner role at Vyeco Solutions LLP is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall business direction. This role includes defining long-term vision, setting growth targets, and overseeing key functions such as operations, technology solutions, workforce strategy, and financial performance. The Owner will build and maintain client relationships across sectors, guide the development of new service offerings, and ensure delivery quality and compliance with organizational standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve mentoring senior leaders, reviewing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions on resource allocation, and driving innovation in both staffing and technology solutions. The role also requires representing the organization in external forums, strengthening the brand, and fostering a culture aligned with Vyeco’s values of collaboration, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proven background in business strategy, operations management, and growth planning in technology, staffing, or related industries.
• Sound knowledge of technology-enabled services, software development practices, and cloud or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience building client partnerships in sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, E-commerce, IT Products & Services, Automotive, or Semiconductors.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for engaging clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with familiarity in using data and performance metrics to guide business actions.
