Design and Drafting Plumbing water supply and Drainage drawings according to International standards and as per client requirements. Design and drafting of HVAC drawings according to the heat load calculation of building using Carrier HAP. Design and drafting of Electrical drawings according to the client requirement and site condition. Design and Drafting of ELV (CCTV, Intercom, SMATV, Smart Systems, Wi-Fi System, etc) Drawings. Review plans and specifications for constructability and program adherence. Review shop drawings and make sure the client requirements are fulfilled.
Fire drawings and to make sure to fulfil Civil Defense requirements on site. Co-ordinating with contractors and sub contractors on site for execution of work in accordance with the design requirements. Coordinating between different MEP services CAD drawings for smooth execution
