- Before Fabrication, Erection to check the isometric drawing with corrects revision as per the latest
- record.
- Monitoring and Inspection of Erection Activities of Piping Spool as per drawing, Coordination of QC
- activities with Client, construction department in all stages of the process to avoid unnecessary delay
- for the easy execution of work.
- Weld Joint Inspections Including Fit-ups, Visual Inspection of Pipelines
- Making sure baking of electrodes and material handling.
- Inspection of pipeline for it's alignment, primary welding, line coordination, valve installation etc
- before hydrotest and making sure all the A punches are closed.
- Conducting Reinstatement line walk and making sure all the primary and secondary punches are
- closed.
- Inspection of steam tracing of pipes.
- Preparation of Hydro Test Package documents for approval from client.
- Inspection of hydrotest, making sure all the gauges are calibrated, all the weld joints are exposed, all
- the flanged joints are installed with proper gasket and bolts and making sure the pressure is not
- decreasing during pressure holding time.

- To report the site engineer before and after the completion of preparation and welding of each joint.

- Supervising NDT team for Daily Inspection and allocating according to the requirement
- Preparing work permits for ND work, conducting safety toolbox talk.
- Witness/Review all types of N.D.T. work as per client requirement.
- Implementing safety requirements during welding inspection / NDT as per
Company safety requirements.
