Primarily a Mechanical Engineer, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification with PMP and IOSH-MS and over 29 years of experience, with domain expertise in Project Management, Lean Management, Contract Administration, Process Improvement Plans, Computerized Asset management system, Production, Utility management, Erection, Installation, and Commissioning. I am skilled in supervising projects concerning cost, resource allocation and deployment, inventory, time overruns, and quality.

I have achieved success by converting Corporate Missions into Strategic goals and attained them by managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Successfully implemented ‘5-S’ and accomplished Process improvement plans to enhance productivity and efficiency along with cost reduction and waste elimination using various Six Sigma and quality assurance tools.

Acquired expertise in managing manufacturing equipment; developed and exercised policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures for effective manufacturing and maintenance. Possess exposure to disaster management. Well-conversant in Operations and Maintenance, Resource management, Risk mitigation/ protocols, and Planning & Scheduling.
