I have overall 2 years of experience in managing and directing human resources (HR) tasks in three different organizations. The core responsibility was to educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees. Additional responsibilities were to work with the CEO to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them. As a direct connection with the employees, I was keenly aware of employee relations ensuring they are healthy throughout the organization.

Finished up my MBA in Finance and HR and been able to execute to manage the workforce with the skills developed over the years.
