Job responsibilities in Quality health Safety Environment (QHSE):

• Responsible for the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Advise site manager and package managers in day to day HSE mattersand implementation of the HSE policies, rules and procedures within the workscope of site operations.
• Lead/Manage by providing a support functions to the contractor HSE team to meet workload demandsand cotch them to carry daily tasks and responsibilities and provide leadership, mentoring and Promote the use of professional HSE tools, principles and objectives.
• Leading and conducting HSE oversight audit for the contractors for compliance with company HSE standards.
• Liaising with customer HSE representatives on HSE compliance in generalbased on the contract terms & conditions.
• Ensuring the business is operating in accordance to health and safety applicable regulations and maintaina safe and health workplace.
• Maintain a Risk Management process and develop HSE risk assessment.

• HSE Lead in planning work activities, prioritization and delivery of the work, including ways of engagements, working protocols and decision making.
• Supports Contract Holders in the risk assessment and Mode selection of new contracts.
• Facilitates and delivers risk assessment sessions and other type of HSSE workshops in relation to Contractor HSSE Management.
• Supports Contract Holders and CP Leads in the pre-qualification HSSE assessments and tender processes of new contracts, provides advice on the Supplier capabilities based on comprehensive review of Supplier’s HSSE Management Systems and all associated procedures, processes, competence of personnel and performance data.
• Supports Contract Holders with Supplier’s HSSE competence assurance and verification activities, including visits to Contractor’s and Subcontractor’s facilities, and field visits.
• Plans and conducts Audits and other assurance activities to ensure compliance to the Contractor HSSE Management requirements, test effectiveness of controls by Contract Holders, Operational Teams and Contractor’s HSSE Management Systems

Well experienced in Operational Safety, Project Safety, Safety Management System andProcess Operation. 27 years of total work experience, out of which 10 years in Health safety & Environmentas a Lead .Experience: 10 years in Oil & Gas and other Organization in Health Safety. Environment (HSE); 

and 17 year in aviation industry as airline pilot and Other jobs in aviation.
