• Establishes proper sampling, collection and labeling of specimens as part of the pre analytic,

analytic and post analytic system;

• Ensures Accuracy and Precision of test results through good laboratory practices;
• Receives and collects specimens for various routine tests;
• Logs patient data with corresponding laboratory request following hospital standards;
• Observes cleanliness in laboratory area and maintains free contamination during collection of blood and body fluids samples;
• Reports test results to appropriate physicians, pathologists and staff in standard format and in a timely manner as a member of interdisciplinary team focused on providing exemplary quality care;
