Project Kick-off meeting, Co-ordination with client PDO and third parties like PECO, Arabian Industries, MEC & Co. LLC for data delivery plan.
- Ensure input resources, manage team for work pack allocation, monitor workflow and review, contributing to projects simultaneously.
- Verification of CRS with respect to Tag list, Document, Tag2Doc, AutoCAD Extraction, SPO checks, Iikmaal tool reports generation.
- Generate FLOC Completeness, EDW Mandatory missing, ABC Indicator, SAP vs SPO error, SAP vs EDW vs Floc mismatch, reports.
- Attend regular and weekly meeting with PDO to address the issue and to update the project completion status.
- Preparation of CCMS (Construction, Commissioning of Completion Management System) inputs, Subsystem wise in Design phase i.e. into Go-Technology.
- Generating Check sheets to achieve 100% Completion & final Handover dossiers MC & PC.
•Identification of Safety Critical Element (SCE) by taking reference from approved PEFS, Vendor documents, IPF report, Equipment list, Alarm & setting drawings and other relevant documents.
- Ensure Project delivery is captured on time(90D) before PSUA.
- Z6 support, Quality checks, Wells data and prioritize RV data delivery initially for Workshop calibration of individual wells.
- Discuss & analyze to identify the gaps and to address solution.
- Arrange Knowledge sharing sessions to team members at regular intervals and to ensure the quality of project delivery.
