- Senior Lecturer - Pakistan Marine Engineering College for delivering Royal UK Navy based lectures to under graduate students. Main duties included:
- Leadership and management of the department and developing new curriculum.
- Undertake specific roles / committee work as required by the Dean.
- Participated in professional / advisory activities.
- Supervised undergraduate students while complying with the College Health and Safety Policy.
- External activities, which reflect and enhance the reputation of the College.
- Tutorial work, teaching in classrooms, on-campus and distance learning, placement of students in different categories.
- Organizational, administrative, welfare and academic counselling responsibilities. Ensuring that appropriate assignments, tasks and activities are regularly set and assessed.
- Assisting in identifying the resources required for the programme area and planning replacement and updating as necessary.

Principal - Pakistan Navy Technical Institute imparting classroom instructions and On Job Training (OJT) to senior & junior civilian Dockyard workforce on live machinery operations & heavy level maintenance. Focus was laid to adopt student-centered approach. Participating fully in the observation of Teaching and Learning program. Taking responsibility for assessment and quality monitoring, including:
- Developed and utilized various educational technology resources to ensure that effective and innovative instruction methodologies are employed.
- Applied strategies to ensure that effective student learning is achieved within a second-language environment, providing continuous feedback on student progress through a variety of assessment tools, including tests, projects, assignments and other
- Took a student-centered approach, providing students with individual assistance, and dealing promptly with student issues by liaising directly with the student, program supervisor and other College personnel as required.

Teaching Faculty - Pakistan Marine Engineering School imparting classroom instructions and practical training to Diploma of Associate Engg (DAE) apprentices and sailors for marine, mechanical, electrical & electronics engg disciplines.
- Applied strategies to ensure effective student learning, provide continuous feedback and monitor student progress.
- Evaluate students and timely update grades.
- Contribute to question banks and/or coursework assessments as requested.
- Serve as student advisor as assigned.
- Provide recommendations on at-risk action plans as required.
- Support and mentor students during internships and work placements.
- Maintain regular office hours in order to advise and assist students.
- Ensuring that physical learning environment is stimulating through displays of materials, students’ work, etc. Implementing agreed induction procedures and processes for students.
d.
Visiting Faculty - Flag Officer Sea Training (FOST) Royal UK MoD based organization for conducting Scenario Based Training (SBT) to Marine Engineers and technicians of destroyers, frigates and oil tankers. Coordinate with Head of Departments / Faculty in the management and review of the curriculum in accordance with College policies. Students’ mentoring was achieved through internships and work placements in relevant sectors. Participating in regular appraisals with the line manager. Provided input for course reviews / programs.
e. Teaching Faculty - Karachi Shipyard & Engg Works Training School (National Vocational & Technical Education Commission – NAVTEC) imparting Technical & Vocational Education & Training (TVET) to civilian workforce of KS&EW. Used a practical, applied approach to teach courses that are in line with course syllabus and program goals to meet the needs and aspirations of the students and the community.
