Worked at HAMPROTECH.

HAMProTech is an Electro-Mechanical Product Supplies Sales and After Sales Support System. Product the portfolio consisted of 11KV Mains Metering Panels, 11KV Protection Panels, Installation of Transformers,

Manufacturing/Assembling of Diesel Generator Sets, Fabrication of Switchgear panels like AMF/ATS,

Synchronization System, Main LT Panels, Sub Distribution Panels and DBs, Power Factor Improvement Panels,

Motor Protection Circuits and HVAC Electrical Control System. I had the following responsibilities in this office.

• Carrying out site visits for Load Profiles.
• To determine the application of equipment, size and rating as per load.
• Equipment consisted of Transformers, 11kV Switch Gear Panels, Diesel Generators and LV Switch Gear Panels.
• Worked with the size range of 10kVA to 2200kVA Diesel Generators and up to 4000kVA (4MW) Transformers.
• General Single Line Diagrams were finalized for the whole project.
• Detailed Electrical SLDs, Shop Drawings, SLDs for Power and Control Circuits were made.
• Equipment consist documents made during the projects.
• Creation of BoQ, changes into BoQ and order sheets were made. BoQ was then used by sales teams and order sheets were used by procurement for the internal purchase.
• Coordination with sales teams and procurement teams for deadlines and readiness of raw material and finished product.
• Coordination with fabricators for the readiness of Switch Gear Boxes and making sure the box quality, powder paint quality and thickness in microns are up to the required level.
• Coordination with supply chain to deliver the equipment timely.
• Making warranty statements.
• Making Annual Maintenance contract agreements.
• Crafting proposals for bid documents.
