Here are three of my strengths, my power to be a teacher:

Find more than a way and skill to teach, and always try to be creative. In fact, it’s important to break the ice during class time, so your student won’t get absent minded and enjoy class while learning. One of the effective ways, is to let your students integrate their information in creating new project, poster, or presentation and grow the challenge spirits between one another.
Keep my students busy and curious to know answers. Like to ask questions and post them on the board, then write answers on sticky notes and spread them all over the classroom and let students try to find the right answer.
To be open minded and accept different perspectives. One of the way to make that success, is to let students give their ideas freely and discuss them with their classmate, without losing their self-control.

There are many ways to become a better teacher:

I want to go back to my educational thinking and philosophy in education, from the time I entered the school till the end. For sure the stages of education changes by years, and my thinking towards education changes. By just revisiting my past philosophy and always try to find better solutions, is what makes me a better teacher.
It’s important to read professional educational books from time to another. This reading can improve my teaching skills, and help to put me on the right track whenever I am in need to. One of the valuable books is “The courage to teach. In addition, reading books and looking online for ways on how to treat hyperactive students will make me manage the class in a better way.
In order to be a better educator and a better teacher soon, I need to keep technologically updated. It’s important to know what’s new and what’s my student’s interest, so there is a link between learn and interest we need to take an advantage of it.

Action plan is a guide for the teachers, and a set up for the goals. Without action plans teaching would be messy.

1 Share teaching ideas with other teachers and school stuff to come up with better ways to teach

2 Give lessons in class and activities in class to practice

3 Give homework less than class activities, to keep my students’ attention in class and have more time to rest at home.

4 End the lesson with evaluated assignments, exams, and quizzes.
