Current Activities and responsibilities

• Install, configure, and optimize Cisco routers, switches, Firepower, Palo Alto firewalls, and F5 load balancers to meet customer requirements.
• Troubleshot and resolve Layer 2/3, MPLS, TCP/IP, wireless, and security issues, including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VxLANs and firewall configurations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and security policies to ensure network stability and compliance.
• Collaborate with customers to implement IP network changes, including software upgrades and failover testing.
• Contribute to the creation of HLD and LLD documentation, ensuring clear specifications for network designs and solutions.
• Provide 24/7 on-call and on-site support for critical network issues, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
• Successfully migrated applications from Citrix to F5 BIG-IP, ensuring seamless functionality and enhanced security by implementing the F5 ASM module to protect against web application vulnerabilities.
• Designed and implemented a greenfield network for clients using Cisco Catalyst 9200 and 9500 series switches as core infrastructure, ensuring robust and scalable connectivity.
• Migrated legacy SSIDs to a new Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) and validated seamless wireless functionality across the network.
• Designed, installed, and configured an F5 BIG-IP solution in a greenfield environment, strategically integrating it within the network core to enable advanced load balancing and enhance security through optimized traffic management and protection mechanisms.
• Successfully migrated network security infrastructure from FortiGate firewalls to Cisco Firepower, ensuring minimal downtime while enhancing threat detection, policy control, and overall network security posture.
