Such as Income Tax Documents preparing, Vat Documents preparing & filling, HR/Visas /Contract Documents Updating, CR Chamber Municipality Fire Tenancy Tax-Card Vat- Certificate Insurance Documents Updating, Handling Liability. Restaurant and Store software is Sapaad and Tally Prime use for Finance accounting.

• Counter sales (Cash, Card, TM Done, Talabat, Right Click Etc.) post a single Sales entry in tally and reconcile the all sales & Bank ledgers, Daily basis.
• Pass necessary entries for finalization. Such as Deprecation, Accrued income/Exp.
• Monthly, prepare Balance sheet Profit & loss and cash flow statement.
• Fund manage & Manage Debtors, Creditors.
• Collect Kitchen requisition from supervisor. then Create purchase orders, take soft approval from owner and sent to suppliers. Payment Request create in BANK MUSCAT. Approved by owner.
• Work on the basis of pre-determined operating ratio. Such as Food Costs: 25–35%, Labor Costs: 25–35%, Rent & Utilities: 5– 10%, Marketing & Advertising: 3–6%, Administrative & Miscellaneous: 5–10%.
• Prepare MIS report. Quarterly VAT filling, Monthly WPS Salary upload, Yearly assist auditor for Income tax filling.
• Sanad works, Contract stamping, Visa medical, Id card, CR Renew, Musicality License Renew, Tenancy, Vat Certificate, Tax Card, Fine, CR block removing. Tracking the payables such as Salary, Rent, Nama Water & electricity. And quarterly vat.
• Web wage used. OIFC for payments water electricity telephone and wifi payments, MOI for labor block checking, malaati.malaa for credit score checking.
