Well, my name is Shashikant Pimpalkar with over 28 years of experience. Worked in all formats of the business & across all industries. I started my career with Pharmaceutical, then to Liquor, moved to Soft drink, got an exposure of telecommunication, then into Home Improvement and Home furnished segment and the current one is lifestyle segment.
I would describe myself as a customer centric, high achieving, strategically focused, commercially driven senior manager who has a track record of achievement within multiple industries.
Over the years, I have led and transformed difficult teams, driven sales, reviewed & put in place policies & processes.
Danube Key Achievement In my last assignment, I was part of Chairman’s Core Team member were setting up operations in Oman was primarily my responsibility, which we as a team could do it successfully. During the same time, we had gone through a major digital transformation moving from traditional way of doing retail to a full omnichannel customer experience. This was one of the major milestones in my career, apart from establishing the brand as No.1 in the region in short span of time.
I use a style of leadership that everyone would respond to. Believe in empowering the team members at various levels to reach their full potential. I do believe in Provide them with regular training on product, processes and customer management to front line staff which brings a customer centric approach.
