I'm yehya jaber from Lebanon .

I have long experience in managing a bakery and supermarket located in Beirut for 7 years by supervise a team of 15 persons in many departments like production team , cashiers , accountant, stock keepers.

My main role was implemented the supply of bakery ingredients and supermarket items .

follow up the production process of bakery and quality control of the raw material and finished product and ensure that the bakery work on a safety and healthy conditons.
