Hello! My name is Michelle Sinisterra, and I live in Panama city, Panama! I have over 6 years of work experience. My quick learning facilities and adaptability have provided me the opportunity to perform a variety of roles for big companies, small companies and even just people with an entrepreneurial spirit!
My formal background is customer service, but I also successfully gained experience as an accounting assistant in my early working days and more recently, I received education to be a virtual assistant, which has been my latest accomplishment.
One of my passions and subjects where I hoard the most knowledge and field experience is technical support. I was formally trained to provide such services under the renowned Geek Squad, where I was responsible for supplying solutions to a variety of software and hardware-related issues.
