I am a highly motivated and versatile professional with a strong educational background and a wealth of experience in various fields. My dedication to continuous learning and a passion for education and leadership have driven me to achieve academic excellence and excel in a diverse range of roles.
I hold a Master of Education with an emphasis in Educational Leadership from Griffith University, Australia. My commitment to educational excellence is further complemented by my Master of Business Administration degrees with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing from the Universidad Interamericana de Panamá (UIP). I've also obtained specializations in Senior Management, Business Administration, and Multimodal Transport Management, all of which have enriched my knowledge and skills in various aspects of business and management.
My academic journey culminated in an International Logistics Bachelor's Degree from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua (USMA) in Panama, solidifying my expertise in logistics and supply chain management.
As a dedicated professional, I have undertaken a variety of roles that have enhanced my practical knowledge and leadership capabilities. Currently, I am engaged in professional services as an independent consultant, leveraging my broad skill set to provide valuable insights and solutions to my clients.
In addition, I am a Leadership and English Professor at Howard Academy, where I have the privilege of shaping the minds of future leaders. My role as a Professor in the Faculty of Administrative, Maritime, and Port Sciences at the Universidad Interamericana de Panamá allows me to contribute to the academic development of aspiring professionals.
My experience as an Operations Manager at DISEÑO & CONSTRUCCIÓN DE PLANTAS, S.A. (DICOPLAN) from 2015 to 2019 honed my skills in operational excellence and team leadership. I have also served as a Seller & Logistic Support professional in the same organization.
Prior to that, I was a Sales & Support Customer Service Representative at STAR CONTACT, where I cultivated my customer service and sales abilities.
My diverse background in education, leadership, and business, coupled with a passion for excellence, equips me to tackle new challenges and contribute meaningfully to any endeavor. I am committed to lifelong learning and thrive on pushing the boundaries of my knowledge and expertise.
