Role Description:

This is a high stakes, fast paced remote position for a

Sales and Operations Associate

. You are the right hand to our Sales Director and the backbone of our client experience. You are not here to watch from the sidelines. You are here to drive revenue, manage the pipeline, and ensure every client who joins Nomara feels the heat of our excellence. We have a strong preference for talent based in Peru. If you are organized, aggressive on the phones, and obsessed with closing, this is your seat.

What You’ll Do:

• Sales and Outreach:

Execute aggressive outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email to a curated list of target clients

• Lead Management:

Maintain and update lead lists with high accuracy to move prospects through the funnel

• Project Management:

Take full ownership of task tracking using Notion or Asana to ensure no client or task falls through the cracks

• Client Onboarding:

Lead the charge in moving new clients from signed to active by coordinating documents and meetings

• Executive Support:

Manage schedules, prepare meeting briefs, and handle high priority communications for the sales department

• Close Deals:

Work closely with the Sales Director to ensure every lead is qualified and every deadline is met

What You Bring:

• Bilingual Mastery:

You are fluent in English and Spanish. Your written English must sound natural and persuasive

• Sales DNA:

You are not afraid of the word No. You view cold outreach as a puzzle to be solved

• Organizational Mastery:

You love spreadsheets, checklists, and organized folders. If a process is messy, you fix it

• The Hustle:

You do not wait to be told what to do. You see a gap in the process and you fill it

• Native English Level:

You can draft professional emails and hold high level conversations in English without a sweat

• Performance Mindset:

You want the base pay, but you are really here for the commissions
