What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
• Proven experience building modern frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Hands‑on experience working with Java for backend development and API design.
• Solid background in database design, querying, and data management.
• Demonstrated experience working on code migration or modernization projects (e.g., JSP to ReactJS).
• Practical experience using AI‑assisted tools to assist with code conversion and development workflows.
