Architectural Leadership: Contribute to the architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability of the platform.
Offline-First Engineering: Build and refine robust offline-first capabilities to support field operations in low-connectivity areas.
Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM.
Quality Assurance: Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-impact features.
- *Requirements**
Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
Database & ORM: Proven experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs (preferably Drizzle ORM).
API Design: Strong ability to design and implement RESTful APIs.
Security: Solid knowledge of web security best practices (Helmet, CORS, JWT, etc.).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Startup Mindset: You are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity, taking full ownership of your work.
Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
