Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to build and maintain backend services, data access layers, and AI integrations for the project This is a pure software development role focused on writing clean code, building APIs, and implementing async LLM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• API &
  • Microservices: Design and build async Python APIs and microservices (FastAPI, Asyncio) for core project features.
  • AI &
  • LLM Integration: Develop application logic for LLM orchestrations, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or native SDKs).
  • Data Layer: Write efficient database models and queries across relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Redis, DynamoDB) systems.
  • Code Quality &
  • Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests (PyTest), enforce type hinting, and conduct code reviews.
  • Instrumentation &
  • Packaging: Add logging and APM telemetry (Datadog/OpenTelemetry SDKs) to application code and containerize applications using Docker.

Must Have

• Experience: 6+ years of software development experience with Python (3.10+).
• Frameworks &
  • Async: Strong proficiency with FastAPI, Asyncio, or Flask.
  • Databases: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (SQLAlchemy/Tortoise) and Redis/DynamoDB.
  • Testing &
  • Docker: Solid experience with PyTest, static analysis (Ruff/Black), and Docker.

Nice to Have

• AI/LLM Ecosystem: Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vector DBs (Pgvector, Pinecone).
• Telemetry &
  • Cloud: Basic experience with OpenTelemetry/Datadog APM and AWS SDKs (boto3).
