I have worked as customer service representative since I am 18 years old. My work experience has been based in bilingual positions. I was able to develop my abilites and skills in english.
I have worked for more than 2 years in customer service and sales. My most recent work experience has been at Teleperformance S.A.C. for an American campaign since 2021, in the position of customer service representative. I was in charge of solving problems, claims, complaints, doubts and questions about the app, website or service in general, also IT related issues.
Not only that, but because of my effort, excellent performance, and dedication, I was also able to be a mentor to different new entrants or new waves that were starting to work. I guided, helped, and reinforced them by teaching them how the information system worked, how to correctly serve or help customers with patience. and above all active listening.
In my second job I was in charge of solving problems, claims, complaints, doubts and questions about the app, website or service in general of Instacart, an American company, also IT related issues. Not only that, but because of my effort, excellent performance, and dedication, I was also able to be a mentor to different new entrants or new waves that were starting to work. Currently, I am studying Business Engineering at Universidad Tecnológica del Perú. Also, I have studied English for 5 years at ICPNA.
