This module turns observation into a reliable working record. You will connect a session plan, communication partner, activity, prompt, response and context without overstating what the evidence means. The focus is on everyday documents such as observation notes, session logs, communication profiles, home-school messages and handoff records. You will practise concise wording, data privacy, accessible descriptions and two review exercises that show how to notice a pattern while leaving clinical interpretation to the qualified professional. The final module brings preparation, observation, coordination and access together as a quality routine. You will choose operational indicators, review a near miss without blaming a person, design a small improvement and prepare examples for an interview.
