💰 Salary: Php 45,000/month + 30,000 bonus/ quarter

This isn’t a people management role — it’s about client strategy, project ownership, and delivery excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end setup and delivery of client campaigns
• Work closely with Account Managers to optimize results and grow accounts
• Manage data, reporting, CRM access, and campaign tools
• Analyze performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and on point

Salary and Perks:

• PHP 45,000 monthly salary + 30,000 quarterly bonus

Who are you:

• Ideally, prior experience within the outsourcing industry and B2B services
• At least 1 year of experience as a Campaign Manager / Junior Project Manager (or similar role)
• Experience using one or more marketing automation software and/or CRM platforms (i.e. knowledge in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Expert level: advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (i.e., pivot tables)
• Clear, professional English communication
• Analytical mindset with a drive for results and continuous improvement
