• Design and execute analytical studies based on defined research questions
• Identify, collect, and structure relevant data from multiple sources
• Build and implement analytics pipelines using tools such as Python, Tableau, or statistical software
• Apply quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Transform complex findings into clear, compelling reports and presentations
• Coordinate closely with project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and analytical integrity
• ✅ Who We’re Looking For

This role is for someone with

• *strong, hands-on experience as an Analyst**

• *Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a highly analytical discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or similar)
• High academic performance (Prefer to have someone with a high GPA)
• Minimum
• *2+ years of professional experience in analytics, data research, or similar roles
• Strong command of statistical methods and analytical tools
• Experience managing multiple analytical projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to turn complex data into strategic insights
• Preferred:
• Programming experience in Python or R
• Experience with text analytics
• Familiarity with data visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau)
• Exposure to qualitative research methodologies
