Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop LLM-powered solutions for business problems such as:

Automated customer service and chatbots

Content generation and summarization

Sentiment analysis and market trend prediction

Document processing and information extraction

Business intelligence and data analysis assistance

Customize and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific tasks, ensuring they understand industry- specific terminology and context

Implement prompt engineering strategies to optimize LLM performance for various business use cases

Design and conduct experiments to evaluate LLM effectiveness in addressing specific business needs

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for LLM integration in existing products or creation of new Al-driven services

Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the business impact of LLM implementations

Ensure ethical use of LLMs, addressing concerns such as bias, privacy, and data security in business applications

Create documentation and training materials to help non-technical teams understand and effectively use LLM-powered tools
