This is 3 Months Project Based employment (Our client is still finalizing the details regarding this): It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 3 Months .

* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 3 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract.

READ! : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid ' NO Work NO Pay' but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

Also, since you will be supporting US, NO Work No Pay Applies on US company Holidays. If the client announced that the specific date is US Company Holiday and they mentioned that your team has no operations (not allowed to work on that day), you will not be paid for that day.

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , US Company holidays, and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: FULL STACK DEVELOPER

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Amenable to work on a FULLY ONSITE in Taguig (Around BGC)
• Open to work on any shift assigned & shifting schedule:
• at least 5 years of experience in full stack development and strong experience in the following: Java, Python, SQL fundamentals, and AI Skills - Claude Code (Skills, Agents, Hooks, MCP), Context Engineering
• Comfortable owning a feature or system independently across a sprint or release — not just picking up tickets and closing them out
• some experience mentoring engineers or informally leading a small team
• - Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures — semantic layers for data retrieval and grounding LLM responses in real, trustworthy data
• -_Practical experience with at least one LLM application framework_(LangChain, LangGraph, Google GenAI tools, or similar) for prototyping and integrating AI-driven features- Some exposure to agentic or multi-agent AI systems — agent roles, tool use, memory, and workflow orchestration
• - Solid experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as React, including SSR, routing, state management, and performance optimization
• - Working knowledge of a major cloud platform (GCP or Azure) — deploying and running real production workloads, containers, serverless functions, messaging, IAM, and keeping an eye on cost
• Strong SQL fundamentals — query tuning, indexing, schema and data modeling — plus some working exposure to a NoSQL store
• - A track record of designing for scale — caching, load balancing, event-driven architecture, and systems that fail gracefully rather than catastrophically
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum setup, with a history of independently shipping features across sprints and releases
• Strong Git habits — sensible branching strategies and clean release management- Experience designing REST and/or GraphQL APIs, including versioning and backward compatibility
• Some experience with messaging or event-streaming systems such as Kafka
• A genuine testing culture — unit, integration, and contract tests — not just 'we'll catch it in QA'- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, with familiarity around Infrastructure as Code
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes or similar)
• Good communication skills
• Open for project based employment as indicated above
