Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Project Services team.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Creating and updating project plans to keep everything on track.
• Helping define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Gathering and managing project requirements clearly and accurately.
• Coordinating tasks and supporting small teams to meet deadlines.
• Managing resources and supporting budget tracking.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents.
• Ensuring projects meet quality, time, and budget expectations.
• Supporting project handover and capturing lessons learned.

What you will bring to the team:

• Experience in documentation management and project controls.
• Experience with tools like ProjectWise, Aconex, ACC, Ineight, EDMS, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ideally with experience using other software packages.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

This role involves a combination of office-based and on-site work, depending on project requirements.

You’ll be based in Makati, Quezon City, or Cebu, aligned with your home location. Flexibility to travel and work on-site is essential to meet project demands.
