Engineering Manager

BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineer graduate

Licensed Engineer is not required but a plus.

With at least 5yrs minimum experience

Designing & estimation

Project Management & Supervision

Department management & policy making

Oversee and managing all engineering group

Can manage opex of department

Must have an adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in substation, installation of genset, busducts and transformer

Amenable to work in Ortigas, Center, Pasig City

Willing to start ASAP

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field.

Experience Level:

At least 3-5 years of engineering experience in a supervisory role.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership abilities and communication skills.

Proficient in project management and relevant industry software.

Technical expertise in engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.

Manage and mentor engineering staff.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Office and field environments, occasional travel required.
