Front End Mobile Web Developer(ReactJS/ReactNative)

Position: Frontend & Mobile Engineer – React.js & React Native

Work Set-up: Full Time ll Remote Work ll Mon-Friday work days

Work Shift: Dayshift

We're looking for a Frontend & Mobile Engineer to build and improve our web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.

You'll be responsible for creating simple, reliable user experiences from complex business and operational workflows.

You'll work closely with Product and Backend Engineering while having the autonomy to make decisions around UX, technical implementation, architecture, and prioritization.

Your Responsibilities

React.js – Web

• Develop and maintain production web applications using React.js
• Build reusable and scalable UI components
• Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Implement effective state, loading, and error handling
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
• Collaborate with backend developers on API contracts and integration

React Native – Mobile

• Develop and release mobile features using React Native
• Improve existing mobile workflows and experiences
• Build responsive and high-performing mobile interfaces
• Ensure applications are stable and provide a native-feeling experience
• Establish reusable patterns across web and mobile where appropriate

AI-Development

• Must be highly comfortable with tools such as: GitHub Copilot | Claude | Codex | AI Coding Assistants

• Use AI to accelerate
  • Code generation and scaffolding
  • Testing
  • Refactoring
  • Documentation
  • Debugging
  • Repetitive engineering tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Must have 3-4 years of experience as Front End and Mobile Developer.
• Must have strong commercial experience with React.js
• With strong commercial experience with React Native
• Must have strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Must have strong experience in UI/UX design (Web and Mobile)
• Has experience building production applications
• Experience integrating REST APIs/backend services
• Experience delivering features from development through release
• Strong understanding of frontend development and component architecture
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

**This role is Dayshift but the candidate must at least be open working in Mid or Nightshift **This is FULL TIME employment and REMOTE work (Mon-Friday)
