Full-Stack Developer (Frontend-Focused)

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong frontend expertise to build and maintain our customer-facing platforms, improve our development workflows, and contribute to backend integrations,

infrastructure, testing, and deployment.

Experience level

More than 5 years of hands-on frontend work in production environments. Second or third real job, with the appetite to grow.

Must-Haves

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and professional experience with Astro, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks, preferably React.
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment workflows, and mandatory code reviews.
• Strong Git/GitHub skills, including branching strategies, pull requests, GitHub Actions, branch protection,

and deployment environments.

• Hands-on Cloudflare experience, including Workers, Pages, DNS, application policies, and security configurations.
• Experience implementing and maintaining tracking architecture, including Google Tag Manager, data layers, consent management, server-side tagging, and conversion tracking.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, REST APIs, backend integrations, debugging, and production performance optimization.
• Experience with AI-assisted development, with the ability to critically review, test, and validate AI

generated code before deployment.

• Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team, conduct constructive code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Nice-to-Haves

• SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Experience with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms.
• Experience with n8n or similar automation tools.
• Familiarity with Vue, Svelte, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience with Vite, Webpack, or esbuild.
• Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or TanStack Query.
• Experience with headless CMS or static site generation.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare Access and Zero Trust.
• Experience optimizing production application performance and reliability.
