Position: Full Stack Developer (Java) Industry: Manufacturing Location: Makati City, Philippines Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: Php 70,000 – Php 80,000 (gross) Work Setup: On-site Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React or Vue.js for the frontend and Java Spring Boot for the backend Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end communication Collaborate with UI/UX designers, mobile developers, and product teams to implement new features Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across devices and browsers Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications while following best practices in code quality and deployment Job Qualifications Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience, with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and React/Vue.js Proficient in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API integration (RESTful & WebSockets) Solid understanding of authentication, authorization (JWT, OAuth), and application architecture Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices Experience with Docker and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus Recruitment Process: Initial Interview Technical Exam HR Interview Final Interview
