Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Python & React)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with 3-5 or 5 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of scalable web applications—ranging from designing robust backend services to building responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and maintains high standards for code quality, performance, and system reliability.

Technical Qualifications

Backend Development

• Python Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in at least one modern framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• High-Performance Systems: Proven experience building high-concurrency and high-availability applications
• Asynchronous Programming: Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery)
• Modern Tooling: Familiarity with dependency and package management tools such as Poetry, pipenv, or uv
• Databases & ORM: Solid experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM

Frontend Development

• React Ecosystem: Extensive experience with React, including hooks, React Router, and state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
• Preferred: Experience with Node.js is an advantage

Engineering Principles

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Functional Programming concepts
• Ability to design scalable architectures and reusable modules using established design patterns
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code

Professional & Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently implement complex features
• Effective project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration and documentation
• Ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous learning

Experience Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience (or more)
• Proven track record of delivering production-grade web applications
