🚀 Full Stack Developer (Web, Mobile, Backend) – Remote
Job description
We’re Y Drive — a fast-growing tech company running real-world systems across multiple markets. We handle live bookings, dispatching, payments, and automation at scale.
We’re looking for one strong Full Stack Developer — not a team, not an agency — someone who can own problems and build solutions end-to-end.
⚠️ Read This First (Important)
This is not a junior role.
This is not a “follow instructions” job.
If you rely heavily on step-by-step direction or copy/paste solutions without understanding them — this will not be a fit.
💻 What You’ll Actually Do
- Build and improve web apps, internal tools, and dashboards
- Work on mobile app integrations and APIs
- Design and maintain backend systems and automations
- Connect systems like:
- Zoho (CRM, Forms, Analytics) (big bonus)
- Stripe / payments
- Messaging (SMS, WhatsApp)
- Mapping / location services
- Take a problem like:
- And figure out:
- What data we need
- What system to build
- How to implement it
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Strong full stack experience (frontend backend APIs)
- Able to work independently without constant direction
- Comfortable figuring things out without being told every step
- Uses AI as a tool, not a crutch
- Thinks in systems, not just code
- Good communication (clear, direct, no fluff)
⭐ Huge Bonus If You Have
- Experience with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Deluge, APIs)
- Built real production systems (not just small projects)
- Experience with logistics, marketplaces, or real-time apps
- Worked with automation-heavy environments
🚫 Do NOT Apply If
- You are part of an agency or outsourcing group
- You are applying to 100 jobs per day
- You cannot explain systems you’ve built
- You need constant supervision to move forward
💰 Compensation
- Competitive (based on skill — we pay for real ability)
- Long-term opportunity with consistent work
- Potential to grow into a lead role as we scale
📩 How to Apply (Required)
To be considered, include:
- Links to 2–3 real systems you’ve built (not templates)
- A short answer to this:
- Your expected monthly salary (USD)
- Your availability (hours per week)
👉 Applications without this will not be reviewed.
🔥 Final Note
We’re building real systems used by real people every day — not test projects.
If you’re someone who likes solving problems, building clean systems, and actually seeing your work in production — you’ll love this role.
