🚀 Full Stack Developer (Web, Mobile, Backend) – Remote

We’re Y Drive — a fast-growing tech company running real-world systems across multiple markets. We handle live bookings, dispatching, payments, and automation at scale.

We’re looking for one strong Full Stack Developer — not a team, not an agency — someone who can own problems and build solutions end-to-end.

This is not a “follow instructions” job.

If you rely heavily on step-by-step direction or copy/paste solutions without understanding them — this will not be a fit.

💻 What You’ll Actually Do

• Build and improve web apps, internal tools, and dashboards
• Work on mobile app integrations and APIs
• Design and maintain backend systems and automations
• Connect systems like:
• Zoho (CRM, Forms, Analytics) (big bonus)
• Stripe / payments
• Messaging (SMS, WhatsApp)
• Mapping / location services
• Take a problem like:

“Drivers aren’t accepting enough rides”

• And figure out:
• What data we need
• What system to build
• How to implement it

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Strong full stack experience (frontend backend APIs)
• Able to work independently without constant direction
• Comfortable figuring things out without being told every step
• Uses AI as a tool, not a crutch
• Thinks in systems, not just code
• Good communication (clear, direct, no fluff)

⭐ Huge Bonus If You Have

• Experience with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Deluge, APIs)
• Built real production systems (not just small projects)
• Experience with logistics, marketplaces, or real-time apps
• Worked with automation-heavy environments
