Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and NodeJS.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software development methodologies.
- Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed.
Required QualificationsMust-Have Skills
- 3-5+ years of overall software development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with:
- Java
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- ReactJS
- NodeJS
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Experience with Git-based source code management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of application security and performance optimization.
Working Arrangement: 2x onsite per week
Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
