Full Stack Web Developer

Resident360 is a multifamily marketing agency specializing in branding, websites, digital marketing, and creative services for apartment communities and property management companies across the U.S. We build high-performing digital experiences that help our clients lease more apartments.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Website Developer in the Philippines to join our remote team and help bring websites and digital tools to life.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for a developer who is comfortable wearing multiple hats. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining websites, writing clean code, developing API functionality, supporting integrations, and handling the day-to-day technical work that keeps projects moving.

This role also includes some of the less glamorous but important work, like website flips, updates, QA, debugging, and making sure sites launch cleanly and perform properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, maintain, and update websites across multiple projects
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable front-end and back-end code
• Develop and support API integrations and custom functionality
• Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and performance issues
• Assist with website migrations and website “flips”
• Perform quality assurance testing before and after launch
• Make content, design, and functionality updates as needed
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and internal teams to bring websites to life
• Help ensure websites are responsive, fast, and user-friendly
• Support ongoing website improvements and technical problem-solving

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Experience building and launching production websites
• Proficiency in front-end development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Proficiency in back-end development and working with APIs
• Experience with CMS-driven websites, especially WordPress, is a big plus
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable handling both exciting build work and repetitive maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to QA
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and accountable

Nice to Have

• Experience with website hosting environments and deployments
• Experience with website migrations
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or agencies
• Familiarity with website builders, Wordpress, custom themes, or marketing websites
