Once a new client joins Outsourced, the Implementation team takes the lead in ensuring their onboarding experience starts off strong.
For the first 90 days, the Implementation Associate is the driving force behind the client's onboarding journey- blending communication, organization, and empathy to make sure everything runs smoothly.
The role ensures that each client's onboarding experience is seamless, structured, and delivered with a true white-glove approach. The Associate manages timelines, coordinates across departments, and maintains clear, proactive communication at every stage. Success in this role means clients feel confident, informed, and fully supported from day one.
Client Onboarding & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the first 90 days, ensuring a smooth and structured onboarding experience.
Communicate proactively and professionally across email, calls, and meetings to keep clients informed and supported at every stage.
Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client needs and recruitment.
Address client concerns with urgency and empathy, coordinating with internal teams (Recruitment, HR, Finance, Sales, and Outsourced Staff) to drive swift, transparent resolution.
Client Relationship & Handoff Management
Conduct regular check-ins to gauge satisfaction, gather feedback, and reinforce confidence in Outsourced's partnership.
Prepare clients for a seamless handoff to the Customer Success team at the end of the 90-day onboarding period.
Collaborate with sales and delivery stakeholders to identify potential growth opportunities during onboarding.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Translate client feedback into actionable recommendations that enhance onboarding quality
The candidate must be willing to work the night shift to support operational efficiency and meet business needs.
