We are looking for a Java Developer with strong experience in Java and Spring Boot to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and applications.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following software development best practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.
- Investigate and resolve application defects and production issues.
- Work with databases and develop efficient SQL queries.
- Follow established coding standards, development methodologies, and security practices.
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of development processes.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing REST APIs / web services.
- Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, or Spring Security.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito.
