This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Lead Generation Associate. The Lead Generation Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients through market research, gathering business leads, and qualifying prospects.
The role also involves reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and supporting sales teams through lead tracking and follow-ups.
Staying up-to-date with market trends and contributing to the development of marketing strategies will also be key aspects of this role.
Strong communication skills to engage with prospective clients effectively and maintain fruitful discussions
Experience in market research, identifying leads, and analyzing market trends for potential opportunities
Proven skills in sales and marketing to drive lead generation efforts and support sales goals
Basic understanding or experience in project management to ensure efficient organization and coordination of tasks
Ability to work in a collaborative environment, paired with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Experience in the IT industry or knowledge of IT solutions is a strong advantage
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
