The Role
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to fuel Muvr’s Business Development pipeline. You will research, identify, and qualify high-potential leads across retail, eCommerce, and enterprise verticals. Your work ensures that the sales team focuses on the right opportunities, accelerating our ability to acquire and grow strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential partners, merchants, and enterprise accounts across target markets.
- Build and maintain accurate lead lists in CRM with key decision-makers and contact details.
- Qualify leads through outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and assess their fit with Muvr’s services.
- Support Business Development Specialists with lead intelligence, account mapping, and market insights.
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns with Growth/Marketing teams.
- Track and report lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline health.
- Continuously refine prospecting strategies based on feedback and performance data.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years in lead generation, sales development, or B2B prospecting (experience in logistics, SaaS, or marketplaces a plus).
- Strong research skills with experience in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and engaging.
- High attention to detail when qualifying and recording leads.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Resilient and target-driven mindset, comfortable with outreach volume.
