Lead Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer (Lead) with at least 8 years of experience in Java development and application support to design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications while providing technical leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and support Java-based enterprise applications.

Lead and mentor the development team through technical guidance and code reviews.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality applications. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of Java development and application support experience.

Proven leadership or team lead experience.

Strong knowledge of Java, Core, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and Git.

Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD is an advantage.

Willing to work onsite
