WE'RE HIRING Learning & Development Associate Office Location: Araneta Village, Potrero, Malabon City

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱23,000 per month Job Overview The Learning & Development Associate supports the design, implementation, and monitoring of leadership and talent development programs. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about developing people, building future leaders, and contributing to organizational growth in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning and implementing learning and development and training programs

• Support competency assessments, leadership evaluations, and development tracking
• Coordinate training schedules, workshops, and leadership activities
• Prepare training materials, reports, and program documentation
• Monitor participation, feedback, and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify high-potential employees
• Support employee engagement and succession planning initiatives
• Perform other HR and learning-related tasks as assigned Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year experience in Training & Development is an advantage
• Strong interest in leadership, training, and organizational development
• Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
